You have acne if you see signs of mild acne, such as
whiteheads,
blackheads,
small red bumps,
or pimples with less than 30 lesions and not all inflamed on the face, back, or chest.
If you're having symptoms like
sneezing,
a stuffy or runny nose,
itchy eyes or throat,
or symptoms that persist for more than a week or are seasonal,
you might be dealing with seasonal allergies.
If you notice
white or cream-coloured round or oval ulcers
with a red border inside your mouth,
less than 1cm in diameter,
and can cause sharp pain,
you might have canker sores.
When you notice
white patches inside your mouth, on the tongue, or lips,
resembling cottage cheese that can be scraped off,
along with a dry mouth and altered taste,
you might have oral thrush.
If you're dealing with symptoms like
dry, itchy, red skin,
oozing blisters,
colour changes, or patchiness,
you might be experiencing dermatitis.
If your baby shows signs of
diaper rash,
such as persistent redness and rashes in the diaper area,
discomfort during diaper changes,
or changes in sleep patterns due to discomfort,
it may be diaper dermatitis.
